Its smaller scale has been treated deliberately, with a European King bed dressed in Egyptian cotton and a clean, uncluttered layout that keeps the view and natural materials at the centre of the experience. From the room, the garden provides a constantly changing backdrop of foliage, water plants and seasonal colour, making the atmosphere feel removed from the movement of central Porto despite Cedofeita being just outside. The bathroom continues the house’s restrained palette and is stocked with Byredo Bal d’Afrique amenities, adding fragrance and texture without excess. Named for the white water lily, Nimphaea Alba feels especially suited to guests who appreciate compact, beautifully resolved spaces and a close relationship with the garden.
